That’s what we’ll be very practically exploring together this Sunday as we wrap up our series Modern Family. Join us in person or online! And if you haven’t had a chance yet, go ahead and check out the resources from the first couple messages in this series from our sermon series page.

By the way, soccer camp has been going very well this week despite the rain. We did have to cancel camp on Wednesday. Otherwise it’s been ok and the weather or soggy fields hasn’t done anything to dampen the fun we’ve all been having out there. The kids have been great and we have a top notch group of coaches and helpers. I particularly had fun getting to cross the Red Sea while being sprayed with water during our Bible story time on Tuesday.

4th of July Parade: Please join us for the Franklin 4th of July Parade on Friday, July 4th. This is a great outreach opportunity for Victory of the Lamb, and we can't do it without YOU!
The float will start on the east side of Loomis Road near the post office. (We will have a specific float number for you prior to the parade.) The VotL band will already be set up there practicing. This is where you will want to meet us by 10:30. Feel free to bring patriotic decorations to deck out your kids' bikes and strollers.
During the parade, we'll share postcards, candy, and smiles with those people sitting along the parade route. The parade ends on the north side of Lions Legend Park, just down from the fire station.
If you are able to donate candy (individually wrapped, non-chocolate), please email Sammi Goodger or just bring it to church on Sunday. We'll have a bin here to collect it.
Last week’s sermon resources are archived here on our church website.
