Help Needed This Week - note a few tweaks

What a great day yesterday for our final Sunday at Showtime Cinema! The Kids Christmas Pageant was super. Caleb’s message about God’s faithfulness was encouraging. And the army of volunteers we had helping out before, during, and after the service was inspiring!
A couple things to know about this week:
Tonight at 6 pm is our emergency lighting inspection. Please pray this goes smoothly without any hitch.
Tonight at 7 pm - assuming that we pass the inspection we’ve learned that we can begin unloading the moving truck, trailer, and vans immediately afterwards. Therefore if you have some time this evening you are invited to join our church Leadership Team at the ministry center at 7 pm or shortly thereafter to unload. Our goal is to empty at least the moving truck so that we can use it Tuesday morning to go pick up all the office furniture at Jeff and Nissa’s house. I will post an update on our church Facebook page regarding the lighting inspection. (There is a chance the lighting inspection will go past 7 pm so we may have to play it by ear).
At the ministry center - Tuesday 12/15 anytime starting at 7am: We need help putting things away, organizing, cleaning, doing some light furniture assembly, and basically just working with directions on where to put stuff. Any help arriving Tuesday morning would be greatly appreciated. Lunch and refreshments will be provided! Our Children's Ministry Director, Cassy, will be on site helping to provide direction.
Chrissy will also be there 9 am – noon to help watch kids in the toddler room. Thank you, Chrissy, for volunteering to do that!
On the move - Tuesday 12/15 starting at 7 am: We need at least 5-6 strong people to follow the empty moving truck from the ministry center to meet up at Jeff and Nissa Guenther’s house in New Berlin to move all our office furniture which is being stored in their garage. Once loaded we’ll head back to the ministry center to unload. I’m not sure how long this will take. It depends on how many people can help. There is a lot of heavy stuff to move. Please let me know and I can certainly text you where we’re at even if you’ve just got an hour or two to help during the morning. Once we unload the office furniture there is quite a bit of arranging and we could use some experience in cabinet hanging if we time to get to that.
Anytime Tuesday-Friday: There will be lots to do as far as cleaning, organizing, and putting stuff away. Can you help for a morning, an afternoon, or an evening? Any help Tuesday-Friday would be huge. Kids are welcome. We’ve got the toddler room available with toys in the toddler corner. And if you’ve got some cleaning rags, Norwex cloths, etc those things could help. Reach out to Cassy and let her know when you can come even if it’s just for an hour or two on one day.
Thursday morning, December 17th – is our Operation Jesus Cares Christmas Project with Christ-St Peter. We’ll take a break from working in Franklin to help our brothers and sisters on the southside from 8am - 12:30 pm. Remember to email Ryan Solie or me if you can help with this. We still have need for at least 10 volunteers.
